Which payment processors do you support?
Currently we support PayPal, AlertPay and Liberty Reserve (+bank transfer for Estonian clients and members)

Can I get a discount?
We pay our members a fixed amount of money for each completed task, that's why we cannot offer big discounts. But if you order bigger packages, we may cut a few dollars off. :)

Can I get a refund?
Generally, we do not do refunds. As it is stated in our Terms of Service, we are not responsible for any possible damages or losses which may have resulted due to the use of our services.
