Terms of Service
Before buying any services from us or joining our Team, you must read these conditions. By buying our services, joining our Team or registering to our Forum, you are agreeing to the MaYOR Terms of Service.
1. Liability
1.1. MaYOR is not responsible for any financial/mental/physical damage or losses that using our Services may cause.
1.2. MaYOR reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services at any time and without any notice.
1.3. MaYOR does not do refunds, unless there has been a major error by MaYOR, it's Team or Admin.
1.4. MaYOR is not responsible for it's Team Members nor their actions.
2. General Behavior
2.1. MaYOR Team Members, Forum Members and Clients must be respectful towards each other. Failure to do so may result in kick from the Team, ban from the Forum and/or termination of offering services.
2.2. Any spamming/posting adult content/offensive behavior is prohibited in the Forum and the comments area of MaYOR homepage and may result in kick from the Team, ban from the Forum and/or termination of offering services.
2.3. Accusations towards MaYOR and/or the MaYOR Team without proof are disrespectful and may result in kick from the Team, ban from the Forum and/or termination of offering services.
2.4. Team Members and Clients of MaYOR must act professionally and respectfully. Failure to do so may result in kick from the Team, ban from the Forum and/or termination of offering services.
3. Team Members
3.1. MaYOR reserves the right to decline any application to join the Team without a reason.
3.2. MaYOR Team Members must be professional in their actions and speech; visit the MaYOR Forum at least once a week; be good at English; respect other Team Members and Clients; be co-operative and understand that the success/failure of MaYOR is determined by them.
3.3. MaYOR has the right to kick a member from the Team without a warning under one or more of the following circumstances: has not been active enough; has been disrespectful towards MaYOR, the MaYOR Team or Clients; is suspected of having multiple accounts; has been posting inappropriate content in the MaYOR Forum; has been completing tasks with low quality.
3.4. Team Members can earn 10 cents per each clicking task (e.g. becoming a YouTube subscriber) and 15 cents per each commenting task (e.g. commenting a YouTube video).
3.5. Team Members can earn additional money by completing Free Offers and participating in Forum Events/Contests.
3.6. Team Members can use MaYOR services or become a sponsor with a 10% discount. The money will be deducted from the Site Earnings part of the purchase.
3.7. By referring a client or a sponsor to MaYOR, the Team Member will earn 10% of the client's purchase. The money will be deducted from the Site Earnings part of the purchase. The Member must have proof that he/she was the one who referred the client to MaYOR.
3.8. All Team Members' earnings will be visible to other Team Members.
3.9. Earnings can be cashed out when the earnings are worth at least $1. The earnings can also be used to buy MaYOR Services or to become a sponsor.
3.10. Cashout is available via PayPal, AlertPay or LibertyReserve (+bank transfer for Estonian members).
4. Site Earnings
4.1. "Site Earnings" are earnings that are left after a task has been completed and the money given to the members who completed it.
4.2. Site Earnings are divided: 40% to the Admin; 25% to the Executive MaYOR(s); 25% to Site Advertising Fund; 10% to the Members Awarding Fund.
4.3. Money in the Site Advertising fund is used to advertise MaYOR on 3rd party websites. The Team Members are more than welcome to join the discussion about where to advertise.
4.4. Money in the Members Awarding Fund is used to award the members who complete the most Free Offers; are the most active or to create Contests/Events in the Forum.
4.5. All of the money MaYOR receives from it's sponsors are considered Site Earnings.
4.6. All discounts and commission fees are paid by Site Earnings, not the Members.
5. Services
5.1. All service requests must be confirmed by the Admin before payments and displaying to the Team. Please visit the contact page to see the form you are required to fill.
5.2. MaYOR reserves the right to decline any service requests without a reason.
5.3. Once approved and paid for, the task will be forwarded to our members who will complete it in 14 day period.
5.4. Once the task is completed, the client will receive an email notification of it complete with the exact number and list of usernames who completed the task on MaYOR's behalf. The client will also be politely asked to leave feedback of MaYOR on our forum or other public places.
5.5. MaYOR highly respects the privacy of our clients and using our services will be strictly confidential.
5.6. The Free Trial offer is limited to 2 (two) Free Trials per client.
