Before applying, create a user at the MaYOR Forum. It is best if you use the same or similar usernames in all of the required sites, including MaYOR. Then use this form (only bold text should be left as it is, everything else must be replaced):

Now, before we move on to the benefits part, here are the requirements for the appliers:
- Must live somewhere on Earth (take this one with some humor, but it means we accept people from all countries)
- Must have an Internet access at all times
- Must be able to read, write and understand English at a good level
- Must be active on the MaYOR Forum (visit at least once a week)
- Must follow the rules and instructions provided by MaYOR
- Must respect MaYOR, the Team Members, clients and others
- Must complete the tasks with with speed, quality and professionalism
- Must have the following accounts: Google/Blogger (also works for YouTube), Digg, Yahoo! (also works for Delicious), Twitter
- Joining the Team is free
- A chance to earn some extra money
- $0.10 per "clicking task" (e.g. becoming a Twitter follower, a YouTube subscriber, a Facebook fan, etc.)
- $0.15 per "commenting task" (posting a comment somewhere)
- Payouts when at least $1 is accumulated. Available to PayPal, AlertPay or LibertyReserve (+ bank transfer for Estonian members)
- Extra rewards for being active on the forum, completing Trial Offers or participating in different contests
- 10% discount when buying MaYOR's services or becoming a sponsor
- 10% commission fee when referring an advertiser to the site (must have proof)
